Lawn care business tips

I have been doing residential projects for three years now and have only three semi small commercial accounts just outside the Seattle, WA Area. My goal for 2012 is to get three more larger commercial accounts. Now since I am a legal and insured company I am competing with the other top landscape companies in the area. This makes it a lot harder for bidding jobs, so along with this goal, I want to get more competiitve at my bidding. Any input will help me achieve these two goals. Thanks.
