Just passed the Lawn business school!

Just passed and the certificate does not say any name and when I click on the certification to show me it say's someone elses name. Has this happened to anyone before?

I havent went through the whole thing but I did find questions that vary on where you from. I registered my business at city hall. The correct answer in the class is the county court house. I cant say thats wrong because some counties are set up like that but multiple choice correct answers would help.
