A few leaf clean ups that we did. Would have more but I either forgot to do before pics or after. Other times it gets dark at 3:45 so it screws us.

Get the biggest you can afford. The stihl br400 is half as powerful then the shindiwia 640. I'm looking to get another big packback and when I do the stihl will be a back up or for a third guy.

Now that is a very steep back yard!

How did that effect your ability to perform the job and how much time did it take total? WOW!

They both took 4 hours with two guys but the first yard was a 1/3 acre bigger. That hill is treacherous, barely any footing and large rocks everywhere. I dont think the pictures do it justice. Its steeper at the top. I did it in the spring so I knew what I was getting into.

Also, so the readers can get an idea of the size of the property, do you have any idea the dimensions of the years? Or the sq ft of area you had to remove leaves from?

It was 4 hours each. I would say the first one with the lake was a little more then a 1/2 acre and the second was around a 1/4.

What did you do with all the leaves? Did you have to haul them off or were you able to blow them into the woods?

The top one had a wire fence on each side that we blew the leaves through. The second one we blew through the gate that lead to the woods. When the leaves were packed we pushed them with snow shovels. That saved us at least a hour vs collecting them.

That would have been a serious pain if you had to haul all those leaves up and out.

Also, what about dock removal for winter? Do the home owners in the area need them removed or boats removed? Could that be another potential service?
