Just found the forum. Wow what a lot of info in one place. Happy to find this. I have been doing property maintenance for 15 yrs and have finally divided to go out on my own. I know big leap, but I have a good support at home and a plan. I am located in Akron,Ohio. I will be asking a lot of questions so thank you for any advice given. I don't have a name for my business yet but got a few in the works. I have narrowed my list down to two. 1) Advanced property management. Or Precision lawn and Building maintenance. Give me some feedback please I got pretty strong feelings so don't hold back. Also open to suggestions.
