Lawn Care Bid (need Help)

Hi im bidding on a flower bid that needs to be redone. The dimensions are 30x5 and they want me to plant Asian Jasmine in there. I just dont know where to start on how much to charge. They want an estimate with and without materials. I was woundering how much mark up on materials and how much to charge for labor. Thanks redrddvl

The job will probaly take 10hrs. The work in the flower bed will consist of tilling the dirt (which i will probally have to rent) and then laying down the black tarp then planting the asian jasmine. I have alrealdy got prices on material and plants.

How did you break the different services down to 10 man hours?

I was just estimating. It will probably take an hour to till the dirt. Then another hour to an hour in half to lay the tarp. Then 2 hours to plant Asian jasmine. Then another hour to apply border. On
