Default First commercial bid help
OK, so this week was pretty good I got a new account and might be working out a contract with a family member who owns a shopping center. I just wanted to see if I was in the right ballpark. He wants me to cut it once and we'll go from there. I'm thinking about 100-125 for this job. The picture of the place is attached and it hasn't been cut this year yet.

What about the garbage that will accumulate around the parking lot and lawn? Will you take care of this as well?

Get a better view of the property and where the grass is? Hard to see the green.
