Default Job complete form

Does anyone have a good form that I can leave with my customers showing that there lawn has been serviced? I'm using the gopher software and it shows the dates serviced on the invoice but I would like them to see that we have been out. Amazingly some people act like they can't tell there yard was serviced. Maybe a door hanger or somthing? Thanks!

I will have to look through the free templates but I know somewhere in there was a post it note design that you could use to stick on the customers door. Maybe something like that would help?

Thanks! I have looked through them some and saw a we were here form in word but I will keep looking.

It says we were here and gives you a place to write in the time and date.

Hey guys, i designed this real quick. We leave it every week even if we dont find anything. Just keeps us that much closer to the customer at all times.

That is good.

Since you list the same services in the completed jobs section and the recommended jobs section, you could just have two check rows instead and use that other space to add more services.
