Commercial Job

I have some inside info on a commercial job It is three seniors homes. I called the head maintenance guy today and he told me to e-mail him my company Information, Well being new this year that can be done in one sentence. I want to be truthful but I would really like to get these jobs. I am told he has his wife doing it now but is looking for someone. I know I can do the Job, I just need to get a seat in front of the Maintenance Guy to sell myself. Any suggestion on what I should include in the e-mail ???

Lawn care business tips

Can you print out a little history about yourself with your previous experience and then maybe a little about your current company and go to his office to hand it to him in person? I would think if you could meet him in person, that could really help you stand out.
