Default NEED HELP w/ CHURCH BID 135,000 sq. ft

I have a large Church in the area that has contacted me about the maintenace of the property and i am trying to get an accurate bid together.
So its about 135,000 sq. ft. which most of is all open area, I will be using either my 52 Scag wildcat or I will buy a new exmark 60. Trimming is mostly around building and along the streets that align the property. Some edging along sidewalks, and then power blowing. Looking for some advice on pricing? I can get more info to you if it helps

Lawn care business tips
I would suggest to break down a list here of all the services you will need to provide.

Know the sqft or linear feet of each.

Then estimate the time it will take for each service. Use the lawn care business calculators here to help you.

Also do you have an overhead image of the property? That would be interesting to see as well.

@ steve 780 cooper foster park rd, zip is 44001 if you wanna google map it, I am only really concerned with the mowing aspect of what to charge, the other stuff i have done for them before and pricing will stay the same. They have just called me so that they can hopefully have one company do it all. i have about 60 residentials and a few small offices, this is the big one that can hopefully take me to the next level. Plus its a church so its good advertising. Please some imput here guys!!!!

I just used the lawn care calculator and came up with 1.5 to 2 hours to mow. It could be done faster, depending how quickly you mow, but how does that sound?

Did you experiment with the calculator yet?

What are you charging per hour?

How long do you feel it will take you to

Edge = ?
Trim = ?
Blow = ?
Mow = ? Maybe 2 hours?

You really should know the specifics of the amount of feet you are going to trim and edge.

Otherwise it's all a guess.

I just hate this Steve I want to try this first before I buy but I just cannot make it work. I guess I will get one of my kids on here so they can walk me through it. There is no tab after I put in all the data to calculate.

Can you tell me a little more of what is going on? Maybe walk me through the process of what you are doing and where you are running into the problem?
