How are the parks in your area maintained? Does the township perform the services or do private companies?

How would you like to land a contract worth $600,000! Not bad.

Valley extends contract with Senske for maintenance of parks - Tuesday's regular council meeting was no exception, with Councilman Rich Munson calling the Senske contract one of the best decisions the council has made so far.

The contract amount for 2005 and 2006 was $607,602 per year. For 2007 the cost is $619,754.
