Does anyone have a rule of thumb when it comes to how big of a percentage you will allow a single customer to become in your business?

I never watch this until it happened, 25 years later I never worrie because no single customer has ever exceeded 7.3%

My average is less than 2% with very high annual sales.

Great stuff....

Your in business not to be owned.....
