I don`t play with quotes, I do go back after the other company is done and have a look, if the client is around and it is good work I say so, if the work is not good, I simply say well, if there is anything my company can do to help you, please give us a call, we actually do get quite a few where we have to go in and fix other`s mistakes, there is good money in this.

This seems like it would make for some fantastic marketing material. Where if you bid on a property and you don't get it because price, you could then send a brochure or postcard or something that would include a couple of jobs where you had to fix others mistakes. Then also have a few testimonials from the customers where they say something like, I took the cheap road and paid for it in the end.

This might make a potential customer stop and think why they are choosing the other company and why it might be a big mistake. Even a little doubt may go a long way.

We have to try everything, I hate loosing because I want to know why, if price, did the job meet you expectations? If not can we help?
