Water Restrictions

I just got a letter from the city and starting at the end of July they will be imposing water restrictions in the city. It basically boils down to you can only water the lawn twice a week and sprinklers can not run for longer then ten minutes. I will be sending out a letter to my clients with their monthly invoices to let them know and let them know that I will be changing timers on the sprinklers to comply with the water restrictions.

My question is this. Is there anything I can do during the month of July that will aide the soil and grass to help with the less watering times?
