Default Weed Out Your Customers From Hell

I found this article and thought it was very fitting for some of the things that we as business owners have to face.

Weed Out Your Customers From Hell

Be sure to read the "treat your customers like lifetime investments" article as well. I thought that was another very fitting article and definitely very worthy of my time reading it.

So what are your thoughts on this?

I know one thing that I found myself doing was to evaluate myself to see if I am one of those "bad" types of customers.
