How can i make this sound better? First of all, you need to spell check your words. and second of all.. It sounds cool. Don't go too much in details, just keep it simple. There's nothing to it. Maybe put your logo or a picture

It sounds good, honest and personal. I like to use the words local / reliable in my flyers. People seem to respond better. I have been going door to door with this flyer. I handed out 20 or so the other night and got 2 jobs from them.

How did that work out? Did you give those two estimates right there on the spot or did they call you back?

How many people did you talk to when you handed the flyers out?

The flyer looks better on the stationary we used this time. Staples had stars and strips (flag) stationary.
The growing season is about in full swing here in Pa. and anyone that mows their own lawn has done so by now. So for this round of flyer I simply looked for lawns that haven’t been mowed and knocked on the door. After a quick introduction I would explain some of the services provided. The two customers I gained asked for a quote right there.
As I walked the property I looked for other (up sells) hauling, flower beds, gutters. Both new customers have asked for other services on top of regular mowing.
