Contractor traded in business suit for a tool belt - Debbie Reynolds faced a career change when she came to Tallahassee eight years ago, so she did what any single mother of three would do: She swapped her business suit for a tool belt and started building homes.
"I was a financial adviser with American Express in Houston," says Reynolds, 47. "My mother needed me here emotionally and financially. I sold my place in Houston and came here."
