Default 0-0-7 With pendulum Fertilizer

I was needing some info on this 0-0-7 With pendulum granules to put on a lawn. Has any one used it before? If so What do I need to do to get the best results from it. What would one charge to spread it. I have 2 jobs one is about 2acres one is 1/4 acre.

I personally have not used it as we go about weed control by getting the customer to have a very healthy lawn as most grass, at least around here, if it is thick then there should be no weeds, also we do not spray Herbisides as it is against the law in our city so I use Liquid Corn Gluten.
