Hey guys I was on YouTube night looking at some business videos when I came across this one. This website has chingos (tons) of information that can help anyone's lawn care business. Whether your starting off or the season Veteran, there's something on here for everyone. Im going with a S-Corporation just because of all the Tax benefits and I want the business to be a separate entity from me and my family, just incase things go sour.

There are a lot of new business owners on here that are reading this and probably wondering what are the tax benefits of going with an s-corp.

Which ones stood out to you that made it worthwhile?

My CPA just told me today that S-corp is the way to go for me too.

Did he say why at all?

no he did not Steve, but now I need to dig into it more because I was talking with one of my clients today and he said LLC is the way to go that is how he has all his properties set up.

time to talk to an attorney I guess.

I have a meeting on Tues. with paychex a payroll company so I will pick their brains about it too.
