I would have to ask the IT staff at the previous company the process but I know it took 60+ days.

It effects you as every client you receive an inquiry from, when you respond your email automatically goes into their junk folder and most clients never check the junk folder as they assume like I it's just junk so why waste the time.

I flag emails daily that are junk and it does get reported, just be careful.
