Need Help W Marketing

Hey guys and gals, I have found a local print company that sends out a coupon book to over 10,000 homes w/ the income of 90,000 + for a reasonable price. I am going to purchase a 3 month contract with them starting in March and was wondering What 2 coupons would you add to your advertisement if you were going to place it with them? I was thinking " 1 Free Lawn Mow W/ Annual Contract & Your 1st Lawn Cut For $25 Let me know what you guys think.

thats normally what i do. 1 free mow when a yearly contract is signed with us. I did this for free on google and whenever anyone searches lawncare in my area. A little flag pops up on my home along with the services i offer, my email and phone number and says call for a free estimate.

you may or may not want to do this though with the coupon. I put that you could only redeem the coupon between May 1 and June 30. Which is usually one of my busiest times of the year and 1 or 2 free mows won't kill me with income that during that time. If they redeemed it say end of october and i am trying to save as much money as possible and they are taking money away from me. just something to think about. as for a mailer. thats awesome to be able to do that. my theory is this. I wont pay more than 100 bucks on advertising unless it can garuntee i make a profit on it. I have been this way prior to the lawn care business with anything.

That is very interesting because I have seen other discussions on this and the lawn care business owner didnt want to give the free mowing until the end of the year to ensure the customer stuck with them through the entire season.

What 2 coupons would you add to your advertisement if you were going to place it with them?

Could you offer free gutter cleaning? With a signed contract?

Free $50 worth of Spring flowers planted? or something like that?

Free aeration?
