zero turn

Can anyone help me ? I just bought a gravely zero turn and have used it on 5 of my lawns , and everytime i go to the end of the row i turn and it digs the lawn and leave muddy marks and divits how can i stop this. When i turn oneway i pull the lever to dead center while the other full forward. what am i doing wrong.?

Lawn care business tips

For one.... Just like in a car, you gotta slow it down in the corners.
two... Keep both wheels turning at all times, the digg when they pivot. Take the one you have at center & pull back a bit making it rotate the other way. On some really nice lawns sometimes you may need to make it more like a 3 point turn. (still way faster than riding a tractor mower!)

Sometimes on softer turf you just have to do a Y turn to turn around before going back the other way.
