Aside from the buyer having horrible spelling and grammar issues, I don't know. I don't see you having made any mistake. From all my discussions with you, I tend to think that you are an honest business man attempting to simply do legit business. In fact, I recall you planned a new product but would not sell it since it was not of good quality. I am certain that if you were into false advertising (I think that is what they meant by "falus advertizment") you would have sold the items anyway and said they are the finest thing since sliced cheese. As I recall from your post, you offered a solution to him. Apparently that was not sufficient. As a business person themselves, they ought to understand that you offering to exchange is beyond reasonable. And again as a business person, they ought to know that it is their responsibility to understand their purchase before the purchase. I believe it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they understand what they are buying before they buy. That may require asking these questions BEFORE ordering. If there is any question, ask the seller (you) to email him photos of the exact product that he is ordering. Perhaps the person would like to explain to us in no uncertain terms why they didn't research their purchase before the purchase? Just my thoughts, Eli

I will take this in a good way to better my website and make sure it is easier to use and have less confusion.

This guy must have been burnt before and taking it out on me.
I take pride in being a very honest seller, I would never sell something that I did not Believe in myself. I have to test everything before I sell them.

I love helping people, and at the same time, I can make a little money.

I let things bother me, and feel like maybe I did something wrong.

Selling things on the internet can be very difficult at times. Here is my view on it. This was a test case for you. If you have one customer who's got a problem trying to figure out what the difference is between two specials, try and keep it really simple.

Take a picture of each special and allow the potential customer to click on an image to see it larger.

Allow them to see that one special will not have a way to connect it to a window while another will.

Even then you will still run into problems, but I think a visual representation will help you a lot more than trying to describe it in words.
