Home owner's association bid proposal example

A big thanks to Charles for sharing with us some insight on how to bid a home owner association complex. The property size in total is about 184,000 sqft, that includes building and parking lots. Enclosed you will see a bid example form and an overhead view of the complex. He wrote me to share with you that "I would follow up with a phone call and/or stop by in 3 days after submitting the bid. The Landscape Management form says it all. You do not need to tell them everything that you do, like, "I mow lawns" etc. Also, look up Property Managers in your town or county etc, to get a list of addresses in your area to mail too. I have also included the letter I send to property managers to get placed on their bid list and my sprinkler postcards."
