So do you have to edge all those side walks? Do any of the homeowners mow their own yards or will you have to mow it all? Any planter bed maintenance? Blowing off all hard surfaces?

I would say yes, most of the sidewalks would need to be edged, and the sidewalks would need to be blown off.

Did they give you a full list of what they wanted done? Or are you going to present them with what YOU think should be done?

Have you measured out the mowing area, the total trimming length?

Figured out how much time each job should take each week? These are the kinds of things you should post. Kind of like thinking out loud so others can jump in and tell you if they think you are within a reasonable area.
