Default Steve Ballmer

Steve has got to be one of the most explosive and energetic businessmen I have ever seen, heard or read about. Here he gives a presentation on how to find opportunities in difficult times.

If you have never heard of Steve before, he was friends with Bill Gates and was the first 'business man' hired to help manage Microsoft. The video lasts about an hour.

I want to email him lol.

This guy is good. I've seen a video with him before, & he's very impressive.

I love the way he thinks. I need to update my lawn service!

LOL! This guy is hilarious!

To update my lawn service, from what I have learned from this video.

I would need to stay with what I am offering, but need to offer something that separates myself from competition, & benefits myself & my customers.

Like Ritchiem doing lawn striping, I am going to start doing that soon. I just need to do some more research on what to use, & what's best for an inexpensive price. I'm on a budget.

My cash back referral system is in the works, free lawn striping is coming soon.

Lawn signs are being created, I'm really excited to see them! I know 3 customers of mine would like to have them, I didn't speak with the rest.

I'm thinking of joining a charity of some sort, see if I can catch more customers that way.

I want my service to be a service that gives & receives, but then gives a little more back. I want to always be there for my customer, surprising
them & keeping them positive & appreciative.

I GOT IT!!!

I'm going to make a game....

Maybe a write up a list of questions they all have to answer,

the customers who's questions are all correct will win small prizes.
I could do this all season.

I'll need to tweak it a bit, so not everyone wins, or if everyone wins it wont kill my business.

What do you think?
