Backhoe would be nice, not sure of the demand in your area but that would ad another $7,800 +/- unless you can find a used tractor with one. Operating cost is about $1.00 an hour for the John Deere model similar to this one, Although there are two Kubota dealerships here, Deere has the market so I am not that familiar with them. Andy
