I am guessing that is a google earth file? I haven't gotten that installed yet or used that yet. Has anyone else? Or can that be made into an image screen capture for easy viewing?

Ok, now you are saying the mowing and trimming and such is going to take about a day and a half? How many man hours? Will it be just you? 12 hours to accomplish this per week or what is your thought?

it will be me and 1 other possibly two

never mind just got off the phone with thte goof ball and now they want me o do all from start to end mulch,snow removal,tree pruning,flower beds etc got any ideas lol

Ultimately all of this has to be broken down into small sections to understand it.

mulch,snow removal,tree pruning,flower beds

You need to know how much lawn you are going to cut. What is the sqft of it? How many man hours will it take?

How many feet of trimming will you have to do? How many man hours will that take?

If you don't know, go over there and measure it out. Or measure using the online tools like google earth.

How mulch much will you need? How long will it take to install that?

How much of an area will you have to plow and shovel? How long will that take?
