I am a dealer for Oregon parts and absolutely love their quality. In todays world there are more blades than of any single other part type in the catalog. The biggest challenge I see is trying blades and seeing what works best on your piece of equipment.

The biggest challenge I see is trying blades and seeing what works best on your piece of equipment. Do you have any recommendations of what you have experimented with that has worked well?

At this point I don't really have any pointers on that. Keep in mind though when you are are choosing blades, decide what you want your blades to do and check with your dealer to see if they have any suggestions. Don't be afraid to contact other dealers and other contractors to see if they have any experience with your equipment and combination suggestions.

Basically, if you are wanting to do mostly mulching, don't buy regular blades. If you don't want to do any mulching, it would probably not want to buy mulching blades. And of course, when you make your decision to buy any particular type of blade, don't expect it to do something it was not intended to do.
