Lawn care business tips

I see them all the time and I just talked to them here and there when there out on the road. I send them alot of customers who want lawn applications

Have you had a chance to talk with the owner(s) or just the employees? Do they give you any good business advice?

Just the employees. They helped me out with a few little things here and there. In all honesty between them and my buddy who's in the biz i probally wouldn't be here.

I am sure many others who are reading this are struggling, trying to find a way to make it work. Can you tell us why you feel you probably wouldn't be here without them?

Well I worked with my buddy for a few years and with that learned alot of the ins and outs. But just because you know how to do the work doesn't make you a good business person. So the help of others when starting out and the advice really helped me make the correct decisions. For anyone starting out I say you need to listen to anyone who gives you advice. Just make sure your listening to someone has been around for a while. Plus my buddy really helped me with the pricing. Also its nice to have a father that has been in business for almost 30 yrs and a couple of uncles who have been for over 50 and the other over 30. They might not be in the same field as me but business is business
