Default Simple Estimating Calculator

If you would like to use the more powerful advanced estimator you gotta check out this post.

These calculators are also available for purchase to use on your computer, without internet acccess.

Scroll down for more calculators.

Let me know how it works for you.

Things I could probably add.

- how many weeks a year the business works (Added)
- how many hours a week on average. (Added)
- Also maybe a spot for a third employee.
- Ability to account for multiple trimmers, blowers and mowers.
- Maybe be able to enter minutes in job estimate instead of hours.
- Maybe I could have the figures saved on your computer as a cookie to allow for faster future estimates with new jobs.
- Also I could explain how the figure is calculated to allow it to be reviewed.
- How about a tree stump estimate calculator.
- email a friend link to try this calculator
- add a way to calculate leaves, gutter cleaning and snow removal
- 12/13/08 changed the setting from how long the job will take from hours to minutes.
- 12/13/08 added a mower estimating calculation form.
- 12/13/08 changed monthly fuel to weekly to make it easier to remember.

A lot of forum members wanted a copy of the mow time estimator to use on their computer in the field so I put together a downloadable version of the mow time estimator. If you would like a copy of it, I'll email it to you after purchase.

"Take the guesstimate out of your estimate" with the GopherHaul Estimator.

Thanks TNT.

I was wondering, when you create a bid for your snowplowing and salting do you include a markup % on the salt or do you just go with the profit mark up at the end of the bid for the company?

--> Hi KWLAWN,

Do you have a laptop with you in the field that has internet access? That would be the best way now to use these calculators.
