If your getting a 6 x 12, I suggest you get a 4 foot side ramp, check out my post if your not sure what I am talking about, you won't regret it

What made you decide to go with the full size vs a smaller truck?

im going with a basic trailer for now. i got a hell of a deal on this truck. decided not to get a smaller when it would have cost the same as this but with higher milage. steve.. i was using my partners f350 and his equipment. next up is a walk behind. what do you guys reomend for hitches

I would base my hitch choice based on the weight of trailer I would be pulling.

I don't know what the rating is on your bumper hitch but with a small enough trailer, that could get you started.

Otherwise, you can bolt on a class III hitch or so and it should be pretty cheap.
