Buying new Stuff or not?

I've tried one before then the one wheel that turns the sweeper keeps jamming up and then it screwed up and it bent to ****. It was thrown in the garbage.

If you ever plan on using that blower/vac as a vacuum, be careful. If anything that's not a leaf gets sucked in their, its pretty much done. Also, using it as a vacuum is really hard on the motor, so if you plan on using it to vacuum stuff, it may not last very long.

I also don't like spike aerators...in my opinion they don't do much. I only ever core aerate, so if there is a core aerator attachment, I suggest going for that instead.

Rick have you checked out craigslist at all for some used commercial equipment or would that not be a good idea?

I have used the blower vac for 1 1/2 years now and it works great. Mine is a stihl. The mulch mechanism is metal instead of plastic. Check first with the supplier if its a steel mulching piece or plastic. Don't buy it if its plastic.

I have a BG85 Stihl blower/vac set up.
The impeller is made from plastic.
I do get a piece for mulch tru it every now & again. I am sure it doesn't help it, it hasn't hurt it yet either.
