I have a huge Apt. complex that needs a bid by Monday, and the first time I looked at this place was on Friday. So they aren't giving me much time at all. The total area is 500,000 sq ft. Total plow area is 358,000 sq ft. Theres 23 buildings, that house 24 family's each. 18 bigger parking lots and all the private roads going through the complex. They also need a lot of salt. How do I figure out how much salt to use? How much I need per time? Is there a ratio to figure that out. Would appreciate some help on this. I have other commercial accounts but this is by far the biggest yet. Even in my 15 years of landscaping, Ive never done a job this big for any other company in my life. My deadline is coming to an end, As I only had 2 days notice to get this in to the their head office. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
