trying to help a friend who is a lawn guy

Hi everyone,

First, I am strictly a computer guy NOT a lawn guy. However, I have a friend that is a pretty decent lawn guy. He is trying to get some new business from a person that owns over 50 apartment complex properties.

I am trying to find some templates for bidding on these apartment complex jobs. I pretty much know, based on listening to my friend discuss this with the maintenance guy at one of the apartments, sort of what they are looking for in the bid. I figured why reinvent the wheel. Someone must already have a template for this type of landscape job.

It would need to include the spring startup work and fall cleanup work. As well trimming shrubs/bushes on a weekly or biweekly basis. And last but not least, the lawn.

Any ideas??

Lawn care business tips

Hi Patrick,

Welcome to our forum.

Check out the brown bar at the top of the forum. There are a bunch of free templates.

Some things you might want to check are the letters so your friend could send a letter to get on the complexes bidding list. Then check out the proposals and then the contracts.

There are many things up there that should help.
