Ive always enjoyed lawn work and being outside,when I wanted to start my own buisness it was a good fit.
As far as marketing ive just printed out flyers I plan on dropping off door to door. I have also given buisness cards to several people in the realestate industry.

Welcome to the forum. Getting the initial start up customers can be the toughest part. But then word of mouth travels fast and it seems to be much easier getting them after the initial few. Just keep talking to people and spending every extra minute you have trying, and you will be there in no time at all.
