I NEED TO BID A JOB... I USE QUICK BOOKS FOR MY RESIDENTIAL BIDS BUT ITS SO SIMPLE LOOKING... WHAT ABOUT IIRIGATION??? SHOULD THIS BE ON THERE OR SEPERATE FROM MAINTENANCE... DOES ANYONE HAVE A BID TEMPLATE I CAN USE FOR A COMMERCIAL BID??? ALL THEESE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DOING THE WORK AND NOW I HAVE THE CHANCE TO GET ONE AND IM KINDA IN A PANNIC!!
I KNOW I CAN DO THE WORK I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT THE BIG WIGS WANT TO SEE ON PAPAER... THE CURRENT CO. IS DOING THE JOB FOR 1,200 A MONTH AND I CAN DEFINATLY DO IT WITHIN THAT PRICE...
CAN ANY ONE GIVE A KID SOME HELP...THE ADDRESS IS.

YES IT IS THE EDGES OF YOUR PIC IS ON THE PROPERTY LINE PERFECT THE BOTTOM LEFT HAND CORNER IS A BANK AND IS NOT PART OF THIS CONTRACT... ITS A SMALL BANK... ALONG THE BACK SIDES OF THE BUILDINGS ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE IS JUST A THIN STRIP OF GRASS.. CANT BE SEEN BECOUSE OF THE TREES..IT A PRETTY SIMPLE PLACE..

follow rodmans deal and hit them for the parking lot maintenance also..
Steve should be able to point you in a direction for a template... i would try to include every service in the same proposal...

yellow is grass... this is what i found.. will this work??
for a proposal... what kind of insurance will i need.. i carry state farm for private planet 1 million dollars of coverage and just a normal state license will this be cool???

should a bid be on plain white paper or should i use some nice stationary??? does this matter???

Steve, how do you get that picture to zoom in and be so crisp and clear, I've tried and its really blurry when I search properties.
