Most smart LCO's will lease for 3 years no more than that and buy it out after the lease is up, keep it for 2-3 more trade it in on a new lease and complete the cycle again, when adding equipment you can put money down on the lease and start a new cycle. Now here is the kicker; if you lease for say 3 years do the 100% write off, buy it out when the lease is up, keep it for 2 more years mininum before trading in, the depreciation vaule for tax purposes are a higher % than if you just paid cash or got a loan on it in the begining. This is called Small Business Tax breaks and credits on equipment, again I say find a good accountant to guide you throught it. Most LCO's move equipment every 6-9 years based on the condition of the equipment, which brings up Maintenance on equipment and how important it is. If your equipmetn is in poor condition then the trade in will be low and you will have to sit on it trying to sell out privetly and you dont want that headache.

thanx guys for all the helpfull tips...i am not really scared if things get over my head with commercial i'll find a way for equipment and payroll but the question i have how to i go about geting the commerical account...who do i have to contact and what paper work to i need when i show up for a bid...usually if you call a place that you want to make a bid or you get a secretary or costumer service that have no clue what you talking about or what direction to point you into how to i go about geting me to the person that acually makes the decision who takes care of the land outside the building and so on...thanx for all the help guys
