It certainly brought media attention to the event and that attention might have led the caller to offer the tip. 4 stolen pickups back home - Four pickups swiped in March from a Cimarron Hills landscaping business have been recovered, and two suspects have been arrested. Kenneth Sexton, who offered a $5,000 reward after the theft, said the arrests have him feeling “much better.” The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office announced the two arrests Wednesday. Between March 17 and March 19, burglars broke in at the landscaping business and took the pickups and assorted landscaping equipment worth nearly $90,000. Sheriff’s deputies and Colorado Springs police each found two of the pickups, leaving about $30,000 worth of equipment still missing, Sexton said. Having the pickups back is the big thing, Sexton said, though one had been crudely painted, one dented and another stripped of its snowplow mount.
