Hi,
After 30 years wearing a suit and tie and working in an office I am really looking forward to working outdoors in the fresh air. I think with my background I can bring a fresh business perspective to the business. I chose an existing business because a)I dont want to spend 12 months building the business from scratch b)I need some one to teach me and c)It probably wont cost me much more and I already have a 200K income stream I can build.

How did you go about coming to a price for this lawn care operation? How did you value it? It seems a lot of new business owners have problems with valuation of existing businesses.
