Help with a scanned logo image

I'd be more than happy to when I get it finished, the scanned logo is just a starting point for me.

Who on here can take a scanned image and work it into a logo for me, I've tried contacting that Plan-it graphics guy 3 days ago, but no response, I'm willing to pay for this logo work, just need someone REALLY good.

Ok, email sent. I think it saved to my computer in a .png format when I opened it to edit with my Fireworks program, I still do have the JPEG original or a PDF if you need it.
