Getting away from it all for a couple days!

Well I decided I needed a mini vacation to get away from everything. I was talking with my sister a couple weeks ago on the phone and I mentioned I wanted to go up to lake erie for a few days, oddly enough she was thinking the same thing. So her and her husband have a few days off this week so we decided to go up and my dad is going too. We used to go up to camp perry (old army base) once a year when I was real young but stopped for some reason, so after about 12 years we're heading back to hang out for a few days. Everythings slow right now being that we've had no rain for awhile, I finally have all other jobs caught up so it's a good time. Going to be nice to just go sit around and not worry about anything! Hopefully it sparks some creative ideas!

No, no fishing this time. I thought about it but I don't even have my lisence yet this year and I'd be the only one that wants to go. Camp perry has a nice pier that you can go out on and fish too! Looks like wednesday is going to be a sit around on the beach day, thursday we're going to putinbay, friday we're going to just go around town in the morning and head home around noon.

Big car show here over the weekend too so I'm supposed to go to that with my friend and his prostock car. Action packed week!

Has the time off helped you think of any new ideas or plans?

Just got back alittle bit ago, the weather wasn't all that great up there but we still managed to have a good time. Went to camp perry on wednesday and went over to Put In Bay island yesterday. The island was pretty fun, rented a golf cart and cruised around the island, went to a winery, a few bars, had some killer walleye for lunch. Leave it to me to spot out LCO's though theres two lawn services on the island, one was a pretty nice set up and the other was a beat up rig. I bet they do pretty good though since most of the homes up there are B&B's or people don't live in them all the time.

In all 3 days we were there, I saw a total of 5 LCO's yet coming home we got off the freeway and in 5 minutes of driving home I saw at least 8-10 here. I did get to think of some new things for the business too, I'm going to think it out first and see the possibilities of it and then I'll break the news if I want to go with it.
