How do you price Fall Clean-Ups?

Yes make sure the customer knows this. This clean up is only for a one time deal. People sometimes think the price you give them is for all the leaves on that tree.

I tell them I could do 2 clean ups. One now and onother one around Nov.30th

They agree and i get the job and make that money. Remember time is money and try to get this done in less than what you estimated its going to take you. I've heard story people charge for 2 hrs and it took them 5hrs and $75 bucks in 5 hrs is not good money. $75 for 1/2 acre in hr is so so alright money.

And its true money grows on tree. Just need to find the right tree.
