Well first of all you need to find out what she wants done. There's a big difference between trimming a few bushes and raking out some beds to cleaning gutters and removing trees. Is this something you will do on your own or will you have payroll? Make sure the two of you walk it, agree on what will be done, and agree on the price.

$200 per month to do what type of upkeep? Could you please explain what you'll be doing for her at that price every month as I'd be interested in knowing.

plan to mow edge and blow weekly, as well as maintain her flower beds, I plan to spray them and hope its not as much work, its a 1 acre lot
