My buddy thats in the bussiness said hell yeah drop your price especially if you get 10 customers so close.

Did you get the job for $35? Why would you want to drop your price to $25?
That is a 28% decrease in price.
Are you thinking you will quickly sign up these other customers if you market a lower price?
2 customers at $35 = $70
3 customers at $25 = $75
Is it worthwhile dropping your price to work on three properties and make $5 more than if you worked on two ($35) properties?
