Commercial Bid

I have been asked to bid two commercial properties. I was at right place and right time. I have minimal experience bidding commercial properties. I was not looking to do commercial. I am a one man show. I have 10 residential customers that I cut with a 36" Toro walk behind. I will be buying a 52" next week. I will be walking the properties with the manager next month. She did mention that her she had fired her last company because the quality. Attached are pics of the two properties. To start, she wants basic service. Please help. Thank you!!!!! J.A.S. Have you figured out how many sq ft of grass you will need to mow and the amount of time it will take? How many linear feet of line trimming will you need to do and how long are you thinking it will take? What other services will you be providing? Break this down so you can figure it all out easier.
