I picked up the new ipad and I am thinking I would like to be able to have the ability to use the ipad to do my route list throughout the day. This is great tool for us, as I can now accept credit cards through the ipad with my gopayment account and swiper. Very nice. Does anyone else utilize an ipad or maybe a laptop to do route updates throughout your route. Things like complete the job, input times etc? If you do, what program are you using that allows this?

I use my iPad 2 At home and send all the information to my iPhone and vice versa pages keynote and numbers are very helpfully apps numbers works with Microsoft exel keynote is power point and pages is word all of these are compatable with mac's and Microsoft computers plus you get the newest version free

I use billings on my iphone makes keeping on top of people paying easier as well it sinks to my macbook so as long as I input at every job i do i have a record really good for hourly work just start a timer when I get to the job and when I'm done it tells me what they need to pay. You can also email clients there bill directly.

I do use my ipad for my daily route list just wish there was an easier way. What I do is print to PDF through my software and save it to my Dropbox cloud. Normally I do a week set. Then on my ipad I use notability and hand write times, notes, add pages for call logs and such. It is very nice other then I still have to enter everything into the system at the end of the day. Be nice if I could find something that would just sync everything but so far all are made by people who know nothing of this field and leave out vital parts of some kind.
