Sure. In a nut shell I'm a broker or you could say a independent sales. I go out land the work and then sell it to another contractor for the full term or a part of the term.

That is fantastic! Do you have any pointers or top 5 tips you could suggest others who aren't so good at sales, to help them improve?

#1 under promise over deliver.
#2 give something away if a client will pay cash up front or simply upfront
Offer free mulch (just the material they still pay man hours) or half the pernial order (if above certain amount)
#3 walk the property with a note pad. Answer questions before they can be asked. Know what you can do better than the guy before.
