He meant depth of snow. We usually start at 2 inches but we get a few accounts every year that require starting at 1 inch. There usually medical and elderly facilities. If your doing driveways customers being cheap probably want you there after the storm.

Lawncareman, your really busting your balls for little to no money. If you were in my area. I would hire you to do all my walks.

Ya I know now I went up to 10$ so I can pay for gas. Lets see $10.00 + 6 hours snowblowing would = $16.00 and that is pretty fair amount to by gas for the snowblower so that is what I carge $5.00 to shovel $10.00 for snowblowing

Again whats the difference between $5 and $10?

I paid this guy $180 for 3 hours of work last night. You cant see from here but theres snow blowers in the back of the truck. I rather pay $60 a hour then do it. He could make well over a $100 a hour doing driveways.

If your wondering why hes blowing a parking lot its because some idiot plowed a 6 ft high snow bank in front of the dumpster

no, that took less then a hour. We had to chop it up with digging shovels then blow it away.

Theres some serious walks at that place. He has a 36" blower and did 8.25" in 90 mins. Then the other place was about 45 mins.
