Opinions Wanted!!!!

I`m looking to get a small mower that would be a good productive unit, but at the same time looking for the best bang for my buck. I need it to fit in small 36" gates, and would be used on steep hills. Debateing between getting a small 32" belt drive walk-behind around $3400.00, or exmarks new commercial 30" walk-behind/push mower around $1600.00. This will be used in small areas no need for a standon, it needs to be productive, but more concerned with quality.

Do you have a local dealer that you can demo any of their equipment? Also what size properties are you mowing, in general?

That 30" exmark is suppose to be a good mower. I hear its way better then the toro 30". As long as its just for small areas its worth it. Toro also made a upgraded version of the 30" for commercial use.

Yes, but this is a new mower. Exmark does not have it on the market yet.
I talked to there rep he said it would be out this spring (Feb).
I`m mowing a variety of different size yards. Anywhere from 5 acres to
my smallest last season was about 8000 sqft. Most of my mowing will
be done with my ztr. I`m looking for something to replace my 21" push
mower for next season. This smaller mower will only be used on my smallest
yards, steep hills, inside of fenced in areas like pool areas.

Have you considered Wright Standers? They have a 32" and can get through most gates. They work very well. Also hustler brand isnt bad they are fun to use.

I have a 32" WB and it does not 100% replace a 21" mower. Some times pulling back and forth a 21" is just faster or on a very steep hill
