RD Lawn Care Stripes, Mower

What do you guys think? I made them on my 48" 2004 Simplicity Citation, my start up mower. I realized the deck was pitched higher in the front and read that it robs horsepower and does not stripe well, so I pitched it 1/4" lower in the front (All of these pictures are taken before the pitch adjustment was made). I redid these after (These pictures are first attempt), and it turned out even better, but that was with dull blades, so I believe with sharp blades now I could churn out some pretty sick stripes. They were made with the built in roller, which for some reason won't go down far enough to my liking (Any suggestions?). But anyways, what do you think, and how can I improve?

Lawn care business tips

Speaking of stripes, I have a toro timecutter and it leaves absolutly no stripes at all. Is there any way that I can adjust the deck to atleast get some striping?

Has anyone ever used one of those stripe kits?

I know toro sells a stripe kit for my mower, but I haven't read very good things about it.

Never used one but the demos look pretty good. Its a roller system that you can raise or lower depending on the pressure you want to put on the grass.
